Cosalt has a Defence Team based at our Plymouth branch. This specialises in supplying Marine Lifesaving equipment, Fire Protection equipment and Lifting and Rigging equipment, together with other NSN specialist products to the Defence Industry both in the UK and abroad to a wide ranging customer base including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence Contractors and Commercial Marine Organisations supplying equipment or services to the Defence Industry.

Our team's specialist knowledge of the Defence Industry combined with our expertise in Marine Safety, Fire Protection and Lifting and Rigging equipment is second to none. The department specialises in First Outfit of Stores Packages. Site visits can be made to advise on all equipment and services required.

Based in Stockport, Cosalt's Workwear division designs, manufacturers and supplies critical safety garments to the MOD, maintaining the highest standards expected of a hand selected preferred supplier for ten years.  As the supplier of Royal Air Force (RAF) aircrew coveralls and cold weather clothing, as well as Defence Fire Fighter Clothing, we meet specifications set by technical experts within the MOD and deliver the goods on time, every time.
