2012

EGM

The Company held a general meeting at 9am on 27 February 2012 to vote upon the proposed cancellation of listing of Cosalt shares on the Official List and of trading on London Stock Exchange Plc. Details can be found in the Notice of Meeting (available here).

The vote was taken by poll at the meeting and whilst a 75% majority was required, only 73.07% of votes were lodged in favour. Therefore the resolution was not passed and the Company remains a publicly listed company.
